With experience in organizational strategy, leadership and decanal operations from over two decades in post-secondary education and a previous career advising senior leadership in the private sector, Bryan Webber brings a rare combination of institutional insight, transformation expertise, and a passion for post-secondary’s mission to positively impact individuals, organizations, and their communities.
Having been in decanal leadership and organizational advising roles, and with a background in leadership development and change management, Bryan brings deep familiarity with the pressures facing institutional leaders — from enrollment shifts and funding constraints to governance complexity and stakeholder alignment.
